Behind US TACOS TIME lies a story of friendship, vision, and a deep-rooted passion for great food. José and Johan—originally from Venezuela and friends for over 20 years—decided to blend their business expertise and high-end culinary skills to launch a new restaurant concept in Carmel, Indiana.

Their dream was clear from the start: to offer authentic Mexican cuisine infused with the warmth and flavors of Venezuela, all within a space where every guest feels at home. The result is a diverse menu of delicious dishes, personalized service, and a welcoming atmosphere designed for savoring every moment.
